Return Policy

General Returns

Spare parts that have been ordered may be returned with a copy of the parts order within 30 days for refund or exchange if returned in new, unused condition. To return the part, clearly mark the parts order ID on the outside of the box, then ship the defective part along with a copy of the parts order to the B&W Group at the address provided below.

Warranty Parts

Most parts ordered as warranty replacement parts must have the original defective part returned for credit within 30 days. To determine if the parts ordered must be returned for credit, check the parts order packing list that is included with the parts. If the “Return for Credit” box is checked, this indicates the part must be returned.

To return the part, clearly mark the parts order ID on the outside of the box, then ship the defective part along with a copy of the parts order to the B&W Group at the address provided below.
